1. VIP card is governed by the Assosiations of Historic Hotels of Slovakia C.A.(“HHS“),a company based in Prístavná 11, 92101 Piešťany, The Slovak Republic;Company Registration Number: 42158125
2. Only the Member stated on the VIP Card Application,may use the VIP Card. These Terms and Conditions govern the Assosiations of HHS.
3. Membership in the VIP Card Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All members must be aged 18 and over.In order to obtain your card, i tis required that you fill in a declaration of programm attendance and sign an agreement with personal data processing according to the law n.428/2002. HHS is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when enrolling , then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

By using your HHS VIP Card you agree that :
(a) you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions
(b) and you are eligible for Membership
4. 15% off the regular price for the hotel services and the holiday hotel stays
5. Discount is not available:
- on the purchase of any of the following items:
a) commercial or online booking systems of a third party
b) buying group bookings
c) making reservations in the travel agencies
d) The VIP Card and any associated discounts or offers can not be used in conjuction with any other offers made by mutual agreement between you and the object
6. The member must produce the original HHS VIP Card in order to obtain any discount.
7. The member´s discount is not available on the purchase bought in the past
8. The VIP Card discounts can not be used in conjuctions with any other offers
9. HHS VIP Card is not a payment, credit or ATM card
10. The date of expiry
a) VIP Card is issued for an indefinite preiod of time
b) HHS VIP Card issuer may revoke the VIP Card at any time without notice. Doing so, all the VIP Cards will be cancelled.
11. THE FINAL PROVISIONS/ the Agreement
a) These Terms and Conditions are available at any of HHS member hotels or you can request them on our website www.historickehotelyslovenska.sk
b) HHS reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on our website. Changed terms will become effective 14 days after this modification.
c) Your first use of our VIP Card means that you agree to and accept all of the rules.
